Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Maad Mvmnt! We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

You may return most items within 10 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked final sale)


3. Refunds

Once we receive your item and inspect it, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at maadmvmnt@gmail.com.


5. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 3 days delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will make it right, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
